The apartment block contains 15 apartments for both residential and holiday lets and has a communal garden and outdoor, non-heated swimming pool and connected paddling pool.

There is plenty of roadside parking both at the front and rear of the property.

It should be noted that being on the top floor, with no lift, there are a number of stairs to climb to the apartment, so may not be suitable for young children, people of limited mobility or the elderly. However there are panoramic views of the town and the sea from the private south facing roof top terrace.

Being recently decorated and upgraded, the apartment has wooden parquet and marble flooring throughout and is comfortably furnished.

There is a newly installed modern shower room next to the master bedroom and a luxury bathroom, featuring twin basins, a corner bath and floor to ceiling tiles next to the twin bedroom on the upper floor. 

The large diner/ lounge has two comfy leather/ fabric sofas, a dining table with four upright chairs and a relaxing area with two slouch chairs. Through sliding doors from the lounge/ diner there is a covered balcony, with table and chairs overlooking the communal swimming pool.

Recent changes to satellite positions mean that there are no UK channels available, however there is a Portuguese TV set box and a Blueray/ DVD player with a selection of DVDs and Blueray films to watch.

A Villager Wood Burning Stove adorns the marble fireplace for cosy winter lets.

The Kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer and breakfast bar and has a front enclosed balcony overlooking the road. There is no washing machine or dishwasher.

There are hairdryers in both bedrooms with bed linen, bath/ shower and hand towels provided, Guests to bring their own beach/ pool towels.
